Please note that the Sonora Room Restaurant will be closed from December 21 – February 11 inclusive and will re-open for the 2010 season on February 12, 2010.

The Sonora Room Restaurant at Burrowing Owl offers superb cuisine at lunch and dinner and is one of the finest dining experiences in the Okanagan. (See our Restaurant pages). Children

Children are welcome at the winery or in the restaurant if they are under the supervision of an adult. Alcohol cannot be served to minors and picture ID will be required of anyone requesting alcohol who appears to be under the age of 19.

Cost

For tasting, we request a $2.00 donation for the Burrowing Owl Recovery Society.

Self-Guided Tours

Our bell tower houses an interesting and informative self-guided tour that can be enjoyed any time during your visit.

Guided Tours

Between Easter and Thanksgiving, guided tours of the winery are available on weekends at 11:00am and 2:00pm. Cost is $5 per person. Tours are limited to 15 people per tour. Tickets are available in the Wine Shop on the day of the tour only.

Handicapped Access

Our facility has access for wheelchairs everywhere except for the bell tower. For those who cannot manage stairs but wish to visit the different levels of our gravity flow winery, we ask that you pre-arrange with us to to be transported to each level where you can meet the touring group.
